Research Assistant
Anna Lloyd is a Research Assistant at L&M Policy Research. Ms. Lloyd has experience in qualitative research methods, including protocol development, in-depth interviews, and analysis. At L&M, she primarily supports consumer research projects focused on the development of web tools, and education and outreach materials. Ms. Lloyd currently conducts consumer research to improve the Health Insurance Marketplace for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), with the goal of promoting and assisting enrollment in health insurance. Ms. Lloyd also assists with outreach and education research for the Alzheimer’s Association and Medicare.gov. In the past, Ms. Lloyd worked on the CMS Division of Value Incentives and Quality Reporting (DVIQR) Program Support (DPS) project, assisting with the development of education and outreach materials for the HACRP and HRRP program.
Prior to joining L&M, Ms. Lloyd was a research assistant for the Department of Sociology within the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. As a research assistant, she examined stakeholder-driven methods to address social and ethical concerns in infectious disease management.
Ms. Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Science in biology with minors in chemistry and health and society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
