Research Assistant
Mahad Mohamed is a research assistant at L&M Policy Research. Mr. Mohamed has experience with conducting in-depth interviews, literature reviews, and environmental scans. He currently assists with qualitative research and usability testing on web tools and content for Medicare decision support.
Mr. Mohamad also provides support for projects with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Office of Minority Health (OMH) by working on environmental scans and reports related to health disparities and contributes to the Value Based Care Learning System Contract (VBC) on case studies and spotlights reflecting VBC initiative aims.
Prior to joining L&M, Mr. Mohamed was a research intern at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital (MGUH) Department of Pharmacy Informatics where he helped to optimize drug delivery by analyzing key performance indicator data and conducting research on best practices. He also worked as an intern for DC Health Matters Collaborative where he conducted a literature review and contributed to the triannual community health needs assessment.
Mr. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management & Policy with a concentration in Health Administration from Georgetown University.
