L&M is a Minority -Owned Business, a Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), and an 8(a) graduate.

To facilitate contracting with federal government clients, L&M has been awarded CMS SBRAD, CMS CRC, MedPac IDIQ, and HRSA Evaluation Studies IDIQ contracts. L&M has also been awarded a GSA Multiple Awards Schedule. We welcome opportunities to work with commercial clients and with federal agencies under various contracting arrangements.

CMS Small Business Research and Demonstration (SBRAD) IDIQ Contract

Period of Performance: May 12, 2011 to May 11, 2020

L&M holds an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with CMS to perform research supporting or evaluating a range of CMS programs and activities. The task orders issued under this contract mechanism are expected to include:

  • Policy analysis and evaluation related to Medicare, Medicaid, and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
  • Demonstration design, development, implementation, evaluation, and analysis
  • Measures analyses and development
  • Survey design and administration
  • Data collection and analyses

Under SBRAD, L&M has been awarded multiple large-scale evaluation and policy research contracts.
