Green, Ph.D., is a founding principal of L&M and brings over two decades of experience as a health services researcher focused on health care access, quality and costs for populations covered under federal health care programs. She has a particular interest in how these programs impact overlooked communities and the role of health care reform in reducing long-standing health and health care disparities.
